Current image: Why Do Tyres Break

When the tires bear load, they deform. The greater the load is, the greater the deformation is. At the sametime, low internal pressure will further aggravate the deformation.

Tire deformation occurs repeatedly during driving, which repeatedly leads to tire heat and fatigue.
The heavier the load is, the greater the deformation is, the faster the driving speed is, the more times of repeated deformation per unit time there is, the more heat and fatigue is generated. The heat and fatigue can easily lead to failure when it exceeds the inherent limits of the tire.
